MiWay addresses young as well as experienced professionals who aspire to occupational development, in other words people who face a professional change and who seek guidance in their decision making process. Especially young professionals struggle with the attempt to evaluate the fit between job requirements or opportunities and their own motivation, beliefs and whishes because of the lack of broad experience and the difficulty to reflect on their own value system. Equally experienced professionals often have to face the challenge of reflecting on their own motivation in order to remain or to become more satisfied and successful in their professional life.

Therefore it is even more important to fill this time according to one’s own ideas of how to carry out the work related tasks with joy and energy. MiWay enables a fast and uncomplicated way to explore one’s work-related values. The results help the participants to become aware of their own value system and to reflect on what appears to be personally motivating or demotivating at work and which working environments might fit these personal wishes.
Information about the procedure
MiWay can be conducted independently. Subsequently an individual report will be sent automatically to the participant. The processing of the results is designed as self-explanatory. If interested there is of course the possibility for a personal feedback and a coaching dialogue to transfer the results into your individual goals and eventually to take the next step in your development. This personal feedback can take place via Skype-videoconference, via telephone or on-site in our office.
