In professional coaching processes values, motivation and convictions of the Coachee are of particular importance. Therefore it is fundamentally important to know these basic personality factors as accurately as possible. The knowledge about this helps coaches to get to know their Coachees faster and better and possibly to design the entire coaching process even more suitably and therefore more effectively. Moreover MiWay can support coaches in the process of determining the direction and goal of the coaching process: What does the Coachee want to achieve? And MiWay answers important job-related questions: Which aspects of the current professional everyday life are experienced by the Coachee as suitable and which are experienced inconsistent to his/her wishes?

Information about Usage and licensing

MiWay can be conducted independently. Subsequently an individual report will be sent automatically to the participant. Additionally we qualify and accredit coaches as practitioners in order to integrate the tool into the coaching process in an optimal way.
